Program Overview:

Our virtual program offers a comprehensive platform for individuals who are looking to cut down substance use, stop altogether, or those who are unsure and would like to learn more about their relationship with substances.  Leveraging the power of technology, this program offers a safe, supportive and convenient space for participants to connect with licensed counselors or peer providers, access resources, and work toward desired goals.

Key Components:

  • *Teletherapy: for those who desire private, one-on-one work with a counselor to address personal challenges, issues with relationships and how to mend them
  • Facilitated groups: Led by trained professionals, these groups provide a supportive environment for participants to share experiences, offer encouragement, and develop coping skills.
  • Mindfulness practices: Help those who desire to cut down use by utilizing self-awareness (checking in with yourself; "Do I really need more?" Mindfulness also helps manage stress, reduce cravings, and promote overall well-being.
  • Personalized relapse prevention plans: Develop tailored plans to identify triggers, manage cravings, develop coping skills, and gain understanding of why we abuse substances.
